Aqua_Toggle
This theme was developed by extending Moodles standard_blue theme. This will give an aqua button look to side blocks, navigation menu and heading blocks in moodle. Furthermore this theme incorperates a bit of jquery functionality provide slide up and slide down animation effects when a user click on the headers of side blocks and heading blocks. Here is a screen shot of the moodle page with aqua_toggle theme.
