- w - go to begining of the next word
- b - go to begining of the previous word
- e - go to the end of the next word
- ^ - go to start of the line
- $ - go to end of the line
- ctrl + u - scroll up half of the screen
- ctrl + d - scroll down half of the screen
- gg - go to the start of the file
- shift + g - go to the end of the file
- :line_num - go to the line number
- [{ - go to the enclosing "{"
- [[ - go to the top most enclosing "{" - this is like going from some block to begining of a function
- [( - go to the enclosing "("
- ctrl + o - go to previous position (after search go back to previous place)
- ctrl + i - go to next position
